Abstract

The device is arranged on a reseeding device, and comprises a speed sensor, an ultrasonic proximity sensor, an airflow velocity sensor, tilt angle sensor, a flow sensor, an industrial camera, a driving motor and an industrial personal computer, wherein the speed sensor is used for detecting speed parameters of a seed unloading mechanism, a fan, a blade rotating mechanism and a crank of a connecting rod adjusting mechanism; the ultrasonic proximity sensor is used for detecting the residual quantity of a test seed box and a fertilizing and seeding machine seed box; the airflow velocity sensor is used for detecting inlet airflow velocity parameters of a conveying pipeline and each reseeding unit; the tilt angle sensor is used for detecting horizontal tilt angle parameters of a reseeding pipeline shell and the seed box; the flow sensor is used for detecting the flow of small-particle-size seeds of each reseeding unit; the industrial camera recognizes the position of the seed box; the driving motor is used for driving the seed unloading mechanism, the fan, the blade rotating mechanism and the connecting rod adjusting mechanism; and the industrial personal computer is respectively connected with the speed sensor, the ultrasonic proximity sensor, the airflow speed sensor, the tilt angle sensor, the flow sensor, the industrial camera and the driving motor.
