Abstract

The invention provides a method for improving efficiency of producing methane by reinforced anaerobic digestion of hydrochar. The hydrochar is subjected to ball-milling modification treatment, such that the efficiency of producing methane by reinforced anaerobic digestion of hydrochar can be improved. A methane production rate of an experimental group containing the ball-milled modified hydrochar is 12.5% higher than that of an experimental group not containing the ball-milled modified hydrochar and 3.44 times that of a control group not containing the hydrochar. The method comprises the following specific steps: preparing hydrochar from biomass through hydrothermal conversion, further modifying the hydrochar by ball milling, and adding the modified hydrochar into an organic waste / wastewater anaerobic digestion methane production reactor, such that a methane production rate can be remarkably increased. The method can effectively increase a methane production rate of an anaerobic digestion reactor, improves stability of the anaerobic digestion reactor and effectively reduces and recycles an organic waste.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of resource utilization of organic waste, and in particular relates to a method for improving the efficiency of anaerobic digestion of organic waste to produce methane. Background technique [0002] With the acceleration of urbanization in my country, the amount of urban waste has increased rapidly, among which organic waste includes kitchen waste, feces, and residual sludge generated during sewage treatment. Anaerobic digestion (AD) is an ideal organic waste treatment method that can reduce organic waste and generate methane. However, the anaerobic reactor will not be able to achieve stable operation due to the accumulation of volatile organic acids (VFA) due to the instability of the feed amount and feed properties. The improvement of anaerobic digestion rate and stability is of great significance to the effective treatment of organic waste. [0003] Hydrochar is a solid product produced by hydrothermal ...
