The method comprises the steps of: regularly collecting the injection amount of an injection well, and the water production amount and the liquid production amount of an output well; calculating the water content of a heterogeneous profile control and flooding well group and the cumulative injection amount of a heterogeneous profile control and flooding system; calculating regularly the change amplitude of the water content of the output well; drawing a scatter diagram of the change amplitude of the water content and the cumulative injection amount of the heterogeneous profile control and flooding system; after determining when the water content of the output well reaches the minimum value, dividing the profile control and flooding effect taking stage; conducting linear regression on the change amplitude of the water content and the cumulative injection amount of the heterogeneous profile control and flooding system; determining the absolute effect taking time and the maximum change amplitude of the water content of heterogeneous profile control and flooding; drawing a relation curve of the theoretical value of the water content of water flooding and the cumulative injection amount of the heterogeneous profile control and flooding system; lengthening and intersecting the straight line of the change amplitude of the water content of the heterogeneous profile control and flooding well group with the straight line of the theoretical water content of water flooding; and solving the area defined by the straight line of the water content of heterogeneous profile control and flooding and the straight line of the theoretical water content of water flooding, and determining the cumulative precipitation effect of profile control and flooding.
