Abstract

The invention discloses a large-diameter reamer blade grinding tool which comprises a base, a supporting table plate, a positioning and pushing mechanism and two clamping mechanisms. A T-shaped groove is formed in the longitudinal center of the supporting table plate, the two clamping mechanisms are vertically supported at one end of the supporting table plate in a spaced manner, and the positioning and pushing mechanism is fixed to the other end of the supporting table plate. A chip groove part of a large-diameter reamer is wrapped by a copper sheet and then is clamped and fixed in the two clamping mechanisms, one cutting blade of the end face of the large-diameter reamer is close to the peripheral face of a grinding wheel of a grinding machine, and one end of the positioning and pushing mechanism abuts against a center hole in the bottom of a handle part of the large-diameter reamer. The using method of the tool comprises the steps that (1), the large-diameter reamer is installed in the two clamping mechanisms; (2), the two clamping mechanisms and the positioning and pushing mechanism are installed on the base; and (3), three cutting blades of the cutting part of the large-diameter reamer are ground in sequence.
