Abstract

A self-powered wireless sensing device uses a friction antenna, wherein the friction antenna comprises a metal electrode layer and two layers of films for triboelectrification, the metal electrode layer is placed between the two layers of films to form a sandwich structure, the metal electrode layer comprises a first metal structure and a second metal structure which are separated from each other, the first metal structure and the second metal structure are provided with tips which are arranged in a mirror symmetry mode, and a minimum gap is formed at the tips. When the friction antenna is excited by external mechanical motion, negative charges generated by triboelectrification are accumulated on the thin film, an electric field is formed between the first metal structure and the second metal structure based on electrostatic induction, the electric field intensity reaches the maximum at the tip gap, once the electric field intensity reaches a breakdown threshold voltage, discharge caused by breakdown is generated at the gap, electromagnetic wave emission is generated while breakdown discharge is performed, and mechanical motion is converted into electromagnetic wave signals which have high sensitivity and are distributed at very high frequency.
