Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: firstly, establishing a GIS support initial structure model, importing the structure model into finite element analysis software, establishing a topological optimization density model, simulating a load setting boundary condition under a special working condition, taking the density of each grid unit in an optimization region as an optimization variable, taking the maximum rigidity and the minimum volume as optimization targets, and establishing a topological optimization density model; a finite element analysis method and a topological optimization algorithm are utilized to optimize and obtain a structure which meets requirements and is smaller in size, and finally the GIS support structure with the steel frame as a main body is further designed and obtained according to actual process requirements. The finally designed GIS support comprises four main supporting beams, fixed cross beams, supporting web members, supporting ribs, reinforcing plates and an equipment base.
