The phosphatidyl-agaro-oligosaccharide disclosed by the invention is a novel phosphatidyl glycoside, phospholipid can be used for preparing a liposome material, and a transesterification product has an encapsulation function, so that the phosphatidyl-agaro-oligosaccharide disclosed by the invention has a good application prospect in the aspects of encapsulation and transportation, and can be used as an active substance to be applied to the aspects of liposome preparation, drug delivery and the like.
