Problems solved by technology

It is generally believed that the antibacterial effect of astragalus polysaccharides is not significant
If the animal's ability to prevent disease is improved by improving immune function and antibacterial function, it is difficult to meet the demand for disease prevention by using astragalus polysaccharide alone
However, there are no reports on the compounding of astragalus polysaccharide, propyl gallate and rhodiola rosea flavonoids for antibacterial and immune enhancement

Abstract

The invention discloses an astragalus polysaccharide compound and application thereof in antibiosis and immunological enhancement. The astragalus polysaccharide compound is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8 to 12 parts of astragalus polysaccharide, 4 to 6 parts of propyl gallate and 4 to 6 parts of rhodiola rosea flavone. According to the invention, astragalus polysaccharide is used as a basis, and the improvement effect of the astragalus polysaccharide on the immunocompetence and the antibacterial ability after compounding is investigated by compounding an existing substance with antibacterial and immunocompetence enhancing functions with the astragalus polysaccharide. Results show that after the astragalus polysaccharide, the propyl gallate and the rhodiola rosea flavone are compounded, the composition has a synergistic effect in the aspects of improving the immunocompetence and the antibacterial ability. The compound is expected to be developed into a medicinal preparation or a feed additive with antibacterial and immunological enhancement functions at the same time, and has a wide application prospect in the aspect of large-scale animal breeding.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of medicine, and in particular relates to an astragalus polysaccharide compound and its application in antibacterial and immune enhancement. Background technique [0002] With the large-scale and intensive development of the breeding industry, the management concept of "prevention is greater than cure" has been recognized by the majority of industry insiders. In animal disease prevention, improving immune function and antibacterial function is the basis and key to animal disease resistance. [0003] Radix Astragali (Radix Astragali) is a traditional tonic Chinese medicine in my country. Modern pharmacological studies have proved that Radix Astragali can enhance the immune function of the body. Its main active ingredients include polysaccharides and saponins. These active ingredients can improve animal disease resistance and reduce morbidity. Among them, astragalus polysaccharides are the most immunogenic su...
