The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing the nano ceramic powder; modifying the nano ceramic powder; uniformly stirring shellac sheets, liquid resin and seaweed gel to obtain a modified binder; adding the modified binder, the modified nano ceramic powder, the dispersing agent and the preservative into the lubricating base oil, then adding the silane coupling agent, and stirring to obtain the wear-resistant lubricating oil.
