Abstract

The invention discloses a torsional spring coupled double-shaft six-excitation-motor linear or elliptical vibrating screen which comprises two coaxial torsional spring coupled three-excitation-motor sets, a screen box, vibration isolation springs and a base. The two sets of excitation motors are installed on the motor base in the mode that the axes are parallel, and the coupling eccentric blocks of the three excitation motors with the axes coincident are connected through the torsion spring so as to absorb impact during starting and achieve zero-phase synchronization of the three excitation motors. A vertical bisector of a center connecting line of the two groups of excitation motors passes through the mass center of the screen box and rotates reversely at a constant speed by adopting the same eccentric mass-diameter product, so that the vibrating screen realizes linear vibration; the group of excitation motors close to the feeding end uses a larger eccentric mass-diameter product, the group of excitation motors close to the discharging end uses a smaller eccentric mass-diameter product, the excitation motors and the excitation motors rotate reversely at a constant speed, and the generated excitation force realizes the elliptical motion of the vibrating screen. After stable operation, only the middle excitation motor in the three coupled excitation motors needs to be powered on.
