Embodiment

[0036] The auxiliary diagnosis experiment of mice is carried out by the method of the present invention to judge the accuracy of the diagnosis of the method.

[0037]90 healthy mice were taken and divided into three groups with 30 mice in each group. The first group was the blank group, feeding normally; the second group was the model group, using 200 μL of sensitizing solution (containing 100 μg OVA, 200 μg aluminum hydroxide dry powder, 200 μL normal saline) to build a bronchial asthma model by atomization inhalation. Then they were fed normally; the third group was the treatment group, which was modeled and treated with the same method as the second group until the asthma symptoms disappeared.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting intestinal flora to assist in analysis of bronchial asthma by using a 16SrDNA sequencing technology, which comprises the following steps: S1, taking fecal tissues of a plurality of healthy people, carrying out quantitative detection and sequencing on bacteria in the fecal tissues, and carrying out door-to-door statistics on proportion data of bacteroides, firmicobacteria, proteobacteria and deferribacteria; s2, fecal tissues of a patient are taken, bacteria of the fecal tissues are subjected to quantitative detection and sequencing, and proportion data of bacteroides, firmicobacteria, proteobacteria and deferribacteria are subjected to door-to-door statistics; and S3, comparing the patient data obtained in the step S2 with the healthy population data obtained in the step S1 to obtain a detection result. According to the method, the 16SrDNA sequencing technology is adopted, the intestinal flora is detected, the detection result is compared with the intestinal flora detection result of a normal healthy patient, the asthma and asthma types are judged in an auxiliary mode, the accuracy rate is high, and the great auxiliary diagnosis reference value is achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular to a method for detecting intestinal flora to assist in analyzing bronchial asthma using 16S rDNA sequencing technology. Background technique [0002] Asthma is a disease characterized by persistent chronic airway inflammation, which makes the airways in a state of hyperresponsiveness, making them more prone to recurrent asthma symptoms when exposed to triggers. According to the 2018 Global Initiative for Asthma (GINA) statistics, the global prevalence of asthma in different countries accounts for about 1%-16% of the total population of each country. According to the Global Burden of Disease Study, asthma causes about 13.8 million disability each year, accounting for about 1.8% of the global burden of disease. Asthma causes 346,000 deaths worldwide each year. [0003] Asthma is divided into bronchial asthma, hormone-dependent or hormone-resistant asthma, pregnancy asthma and exercise-...
