The main technological feature is that by means of two specific properties of water in clinical area (250-350 deg.c), which has lowered dielectrical constant and thus solubility similar to that of acetone and increased into product and thus higher hydrogen ion radical and hydroxyl ion concretration, methyl acetate can not only be dissolved mutually with water to obtain high reactant concentration but also product self-catalytic reaction without need of catalyst. When the concentration of methyl acetate is 5-85 wt%, the hydrolysis rate is 34-95 % and the reaction time is 50-300 sec.
