Abstract

The shape memory alloy microwound intervertebral fusion device for fixing vertebral column of human body in the course of surgical operation. Said fusion device is a hollow cylinder, between upper portion and lower portion of external side of said hollow cylinder a ring of vertical ribs is set, on the vertical rib the ring barbed teeth rings are set from top to bottom, the vertical rib and the ring barbed teeth ring are crossed to form small hle, and two vertical ribs and parallelly arranged and formed into motion combination surface, the upper end of said fusion device is equipped with ring arranged teeth, and the lower end of said fusion device is equipped with sealing cap on which the cap fastener is set, and the external side of lower bottom edge of said fusion device is equipped with fastener seam, and said cap fastener is fastened on the fastener seam.

Description

1. Technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a device for fixing human spine in surgical operation, in particular to a device capable of performing spinal interbody fusion in posterior approach through minimally invasive implantation under anterior and posterior approaches. 2. Background technology [0002] The most important cause of lumbar instability is the degeneration and herniation of the lumbar intervertebral disc. Patients with lumbar disc herniation often have preoperative or postoperative lumbar instability. Patients with lumbar disc herniation who underwent incision surgery are more likely to have lumbar instability after surgery. Therefore, at present, intervertebral fusion surgery is required for patients with low intervertebral space height, intervertebral disc herniation over the age of 35, and lumbar spinal stenosis or total laminectomy and decompression at the same time as lumbar discectomy. This fusion surgery is more traumatic and expensive...
