The 3D coordinates of the object laser irradiates are calculated based on optical principle and color information is collected in the corresponding points of the color image of the object. The device for the measurement has scanning head comprising double-visual angle scanning video camera, lighting pulse light source andlaser pulse light source. The double-visual angle CCD camera can realize in-situ complementation to reduce effectively the blind depth error caused by too great surface curvature change.
