Embodiment 1

[0031] The test raw material is catalytic cracking diesel oil A. The properties of the raw material oil, process conditions and product properties are listed in Table 1 and Table 2 respectively. It can be seen from the table that the raw material has a high sulfur content and a moderate aromatic content. Under milder operating conditions, the obtained All the indicators of the products can meet the requirements of Class II diesel oil in the "World Fuel Oil Code", not only achieve the purpose of deep desulfurization and dearomatization, but also achieve the purpose of directly producing diesel oil that meets the "World Fuel Oil Code" Class II diesel oil .

Embodiment 2

[0033] The test raw material is catalytic cracking diesel oil B, and the properties of the raw oil, process conditions and product properties are listed in Table 1 and Table 2, respectively. It can be seen from the table that the aromatics content of the raw material is high and the sulfur content is moderate. Under relatively harsh operating conditions, the sulfur content of the obtained product is very low, and the aromatics content can meet the requirements of Class II diesel oil in the "World Fuel Oil Code" and achieve deep desulfurization. The purpose of dearomatization, while the density is greatly reduced and the cetane number is greatly increased.

Abstract

A process of removing sulfur and aromatic hydrocarbons from diesel oil. It comprises, mixing diesel oil and circulating hydrogen, and entering the first reactor for hydrogenating and removing sulfur and nitrogen, hydrogenating and saturating olefins and aromatic hydrocarbons, the effluent entering a high-temperature high-pressure gas stripping tower for gas stripping to remove H2S and NH3, then mixing the effluent and circulating hydrogen, entering the second hydrogenation refining reactor; the effluent of the reactor entering in sequence a high-pressure separator, a low-pressure separator and a fractionating tower, the fractionating tower separating naphtha and diesel fractions; gas enriched in hydrogen from the high-temperature high-pressure gas stripping tower entering a water-washing tank, to remove H2S and NH3, then mixing with gas enriched in hydrogen from the high-pressure separator, compressing and circulating to the first and the second reactor. The method could greatly reduce impurities in diesel oil, such as sulfur and nitrogen.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to a method for refining hydrocarbon oil in the presence of hydrogen, more specifically, it belongs to a method for hydrotreating diesel oil. Background technique [0002] Due to the increasing calls for environmental protection, countries around the world have revised their diesel specifications, requiring refiners to produce environmentally friendly fuels. In 1998, the "World Fuel Specifications" initiated by the three major automobile associations divided diesel product standards into categories I, II, and III, and recently added category IV. Among the new diesel specifications, the major changes are the indicators of sulfur content, aromatics content and cetane number. Among them, the requirements for Class II diesel oil: the sulfur content is not more than 300ppm, the total aromatic content is not higher than 25% by weight, the content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons is not higher than 5% by weigh...
