The effluence in liquid phase alkylation reacting region fully enters into liquid phase alkyl shift reacting region to make alkyl shift reaction. The gas phase benzene used in gas phase alkylation and alkyl shift reacting regions partially comes from flash separating region and the effluences in the two regions partially circulate to liquid phase alkylation reacting region. Fresh benzene is fed in effluence separating region. It has high energy utilization ratio, more beneficial to output increase and energy saving by means of reducing phenyl-ethyl ratio, and all the reactors can be flexibly operated according to load. It is applied to reformation and new construction of ethylbenzene producing device.
