Problems solved by technology

[0002] At present, the finishing agents mainly used in fabric waterproofing at home and abroad are paraffin-aluminum soaps, pyridinium quaternary ammonium salts, methylol melamine derivatives, chromium stearate compounds, etc. Although the treated fabrics are waterproof, oil-proof, Anti-staining function, but poor washability. In recent years, there have been reports abroad that Teflon has been applied to fabric waterproof, oil-proof, and anti-stain finishing. Compared with traditional water-repellent agents, it has very obvious waterproof, anti-stain Oil and anti-staining performance, the defect is that the fabric has a single function, especially the product cannot resist ultraviolet rays in summer and is not cool and comfortable to wear. At present, there is no all-polyester / cotton fabric

Embodiment 1

[0011] Embodiment 1, the finishing of clothing shirt fabric:

[0012] 1. Fabric preparation. You can choose any kind of plain weave, twill weave, jacquard weave, cotton and polyester-cotton fabrics. For example, if the specifications are 40×40, 110×70, 57 / 8”, and the shrinkage rate is 3%, after dyeing, the next finishing is required. The cloth surface is required to be flat and there is no color difference in dyeing.

[0013] 2. Finishing liquid preparation: Add Teflon Co, softener Lum, and resin 7636 to pure water to make the contents 40-60 g / L, 20-40 g / L, and 15-25 g / L respectively; Anti-ultraviolet agent E (produced by Ciba Specialty Chemicals (China) Co., Ltd.) was added to the pure water, and the preparation capacity was 30-50 grams per liter.

[0014] 3. Padding method: first use the Teflon Co mixed preparation solution to enter the rolling tank and adopt a dipping and rolling method. During the padding process, the immersion temperature of the fabric in the finishing ...

Embodiment 2

[0016] Example 2, finishing 45 CVC fabrics, specifications and methods refer to Example 1, the proportion of Teflon Co finishing solution is Teflon Co 40-60 grams per liter, softener Lum 20-40 grams per liter, and the rest are the same Example 1.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a kind of dressing method for all terylene / cotton fabrics through the treatment of Teflon and anti-ultraviolet ray solution to achieve waterproof, oil-prevention, adhesion-prevention and anti-ultraviolet ray effects. The method pertains to the steps of first putting all terylene / cotton fabrics into the Teflon dressing solution with 40-60g / L of Co content for dipping and rolling; then letting them be pre-baked for 1-2 minutes under the temperature of 100-120 degrees C; again putting them into the anti-ultraviolet ray E solution with 30-50g / L content for dipping and rolling; and finally letting them be baked for 3-5 minutes under the temperature of 160-180 degrees C. After the above treatment, all terylene / cotton fabrics can attain the 6th grade of waterproof, 6th grade of oil-prevention, 6th grade of adhesion-prevention and the 5th grade of anti-ultraviolet ray and also are durable and washable. The invention is reliable in technology, easy in operation, low in cost and can be widely used.
