Problems solved by technology

[0004] When the above-mentioned prior art has an impregnation method to load additional components on activated carbon, only the composition of the impregnating solution is emphasized, and other impregnation conditions are not optimized. The loaded components cannot be distributed on the surface of all pores of the activated carbon, especially not evenly distributed on the activated carbon. On the surface of all pores of activated carbon, the performance of activated carbon needs to be further improved

Embodiment 1~4

[0020] Take 10gFeCl 3 Dissolve in a beaker filled with 100ml of water, stir well after all dissolved. Take 50g of activated carbon with a particle size of 3mm, add to the above-mentioned FeCl at different temperatures 3 solution, soaked for different times. In Examples 1-2, the immersion temperature is 50°C, and the immersion time is 0.5h and 24h respectively; in Examples 3-4, the immersion temperatures are 80°C and 100°C, respectively, and the immersion time is 1h. Dry at room temperature, put the dry activated carbon into a tube furnace, feed water vapor, then heat to 750°C, activate for 10h. The amount of water vapor is 2 to 3 tons per ton of activated carbon.

Embodiment 5~6

[0025] Take 10gCu(NO 3 ) 2 Dissolve in a beaker filled with 100ml of water, stir well after all dissolved. Get particle size and be the gac 50g of 3mm, above-mentioned Cu(NO 3 ) 2 Immerse certain hour in the solution, embodiment 5~6Cu(NO 3 ) 2 The temperature of the solution is 60°C and 130°C, and the soaking time is 3h and 0.1h respectively. Drain the solution on the activated carbon, and then pass hot air at 160°C to dry for 10h. The amount of hot air is 2000 to 3000 times that of activated carbon. / h.

Embodiment 7~8

[0031] Take 20gNa respectively 2 CO 3 , 6g KMnO 4 Dissolve in two beakers with 100ml of water respectively, after all dissolved, add two parts of solvents of 0.5g of ethylenediamine to the above two parts of solution respectively, stir evenly, and heat to different temperatures respectively, Example 7 Both solutions were heated to 45°C and both solutions of Example 8 were heated to 100°C. Take 50 g of activated carbon with a particle size of 3 mm, soak in the above solution for a certain period of time, Example 7 for 3 hours, Example 8 for 1 hour, and then dry at a temperature of 120° C. for 10 hours.

Abstract

The invention relates to a loading activated carbon and ití»s preparing method. The invention uses activated carbon as carrier and the additive components are loaded on the activated carrier via immersion method, while the additive components is distributed over most surfaces of pore passages of said activated carbon, and the additive components is 0.01-50% of absorbent. The invention is prepared via the immersion method which is processed in the temperature higher than room temperature. The invention can overcome the defect of present technique by which additive components can not be distributed over most pore passages; therefore, it can improve the availability ratio of activated carbon and the application property. In addition, according to the difference of said additive components and their contents, the invention can apply the processes of gas desulfurization, flue gas desulfurization, and exhaust gas purification.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an activated carbon and a preparation method thereof, in particular to an activated carbon loaded with a certain amount of added components by an impregnation method and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Loaded activated carbon is one of the commonly used modified activated carbons, widely used in synthetic ammonia, petrochemical, electronics, metallurgy, industrial ammonia, viscose fiber industry and environmental protection engineering and other fields. Depending on the purpose of use, the loaded components are different, generally one or more of the metal components, or the metal component and the non-metallic component are used together, and sometimes some organic substances are also loaded. [0003] Such as CN1095963A discloses a kind of normal temperature hydrogen sulfide, carbon oxysulfide, carbon disulfide conversion absorption type desulfurizer and its preparation, the aqueous solution or etha...
