Embodiment Construction

[0049] A data bus is shown schematically in FIG. 1 , which is generally designated 10 . The data bus 10 includes a data line 12 designed as a symmetrical two-wire line, the conductors of which are spaced apart by jumpers or webs. Also belonging to the data bus 10 are two identically constructed subscribers 14 and 16 . Therefore, only the configuration of the user 14 will be explained in detail below.

[0050] The user 14 has a send / receive head 18 which has a generally U-shape. Arranged in the transmit / receive head 18 is a logic unit 20 , a receive module 22 , a transmit module 24 , a receive coil 34 and a transmit coil 30 .

[0051] The logic unit 20 is connected via a CAN bus 26 to a system component 28 of the user 14, which can be, for example, a control device of a vehicle, which will also be referred to below figure 2 and 3 Detailed description. However, sensors or other measuring units, actuators or control devices for different purposes are also conceivable as syst...

Abstract

The invention relates to a serial data bus (10) comprising a data line (12) for transmitting electrical signals representing bit states and a plurality of multi-master subscribers (14, 16) between which messages can be exchanged via the data line (12) in an event-driven manner according to the broadcast principle. At least two subscribers (14, 16) have a transceiver head (18), inductively connected to the data line (12), via which contactless electrical signals (50) are picked up from the data line or transferred thereto. An amplifier (36) is galvanically connected to the data line (12) and is adapted to receive electrical signals (48) that have been inductively transferred by the at least two subscribers (14, 16) to the data line (12) and to feed them back to the data line (12) once amplified. Due to its inductive connection, the data bus is especially low-maintenance and also suitable for hazardous surroundings. The contactless connection makes the data bus (10) especially suitable for use in transport systems in production engineering and generally for use in systems comprising parts that are mobile relative one another and between which a data exchange is desired.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a serial data bus with a data line for the transmission of electrical signals representing bit states and a plurality of multi-master users, between which messages can be exchanged event-driven via the data line according to the broadcast principle . The invention also relates to a kinematic system having a first part and a second part arranged movably relative to the first part. Furthermore, the subject matter of the invention relates to a serial method for the event-driven transmission of messages between a plurality of multi-master users via a data bus according to the broadcast principle. Background technique [0002] Serial data buses, transport systems and methods of this type are generally known in the prior art. An example of such a data bus is the CAN bus, which is used especially in automation technology and in vehicles. The CAN bus is an inexpensive but highly efficient field bus that is particularly resistant to ...
