Abstract

The present invention relates to production process of concrete and belongs to the field of building material technology. The present invention features that wheat bran ash with ignition loss lower than 5 % is crushed into 200 mesh below and added into concrete. Of each cubic meter of concrete, there are cement 125-330 kg, wheat bran ash 75-120 kg, pebble 1200-1300 kg, sand 560-720 kg and water for the rest. All the materials are mixed homogeneously to form the concrete. Compared with concrete without wheat bran ash, the concrete with wheat bran ash has basically the same compression strength and cement saving in 25-35 %.

Description

1. Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a production method of concrete, which belongs to the field of building materials. 2. Background technology [0002] Now, concrete is mainly produced by mixing cement, gravel and sand. At present, wheat bran ash has not been used to produce concrete. In many places in my country, wheat bran ash is not used, and some are used as farmland fertilizer. In fact, the fertilizer efficiency of this kind of ash is extremely low. Most of the wheat bran ash is basically scattered everywhere, polluting the environment. 3. Contents of the invention [0003] The technical problem solved by the invention is to reduce the cost of concrete production and reduce the pollution to the environment. [0004] Technical solution: Wheat bran is burned, loss on ignition is less than 5%, the burned wheat bran ash is made into powder with a particle size of less than 200 mesh, and the following materials are calculated per cubic meter: cement 125kg / ...
