The manufacturing process ofthe pollution-free and clearly-printed colored tape comprises the following steps that a, nylon yarns are selected to manufacture and produce colored tape grey cloth; b, the colored tape grey cloth issubjected to pre-shrinking scouring treatment; c, the scoured colored tape grey cloth is subjected to ink adsorption and is soaked in a promoter solution tank, and the colored tape grey cloth fully adsorbs a promoter solution through compression roller extrusion; d, the colored tape grey cloth is dried and shaped; e, the shaped colored tape grey cloth is subjected to fusion cutting by using a professional fusion cutting machine to form a colored tape base; f, the colored tape base is subjected to coating ink by using a professional ink coating machine; and g, the colored tape base is dried and shaped. A wax film has the effects that the ink on the surface of the colored tape base coated with the ink is prevented from seeping out, the surface of the colored tape base is kept dry, no ink overflows when the colored tape base makes contact with paper, and therefore, the paper cannot be polluted any more during printing.
