The method includes following steps: defining that car borne device plays each program in sequence according to program bill sent from ad center when price-marking meter in state of carrying passenger; making and storing one piece of playing log when playing a program, and making completion marker; when the meter is turned to state of no passenger, to stop playing program, and making not completion marker; when number of log reaches to a stated number, building a frame to be sent to ad center through mobile network; ad center stores the reported log to buffer memory, compiles statistics from all logs and saves it to database; carrying out secondary statistics from statistics in the database to generate each dedicated statistics. Comparing with prior art, the invention possesses advantages of accurate statistic data, small amount of traffic, less number of accessing database.
