The principal ingredients of the CSC-C base-material being acrylic acid copolymer with a content of 35-45%. The base-material has a contrast ratio of 0.20-0.40, a Stormer viscosity of 90-100KU, when the incident angle is 85 Deg, the lustrousness is 5-10 Deg. The composition of the invention has high weatherability and stability, good proportioning repeatability.
