pruning and updating are carried out based on application of a ring distribution cost criterion, a diversity criterion and a
block error rate performance criterion, and if conditions are met, a macro-subcode lifting matrix family is obtained. Therefore, the problems that the mode of constructing the QC-SC-LDPC code is difficult to give consideration to multiple code lengths and multiple code rates and is easily limited by multi-dimensional progressive extension, so that the performance compromise effect among the
modes is poor and the like in the related technology are solved.
