coating anti-human
globulin on a detection card in advance, and sticking the detection card on a Blu-
ray disc; S2, loading a
whole blood sample and
reagent red blood cells on the detection card, separating
plasma in the
whole blood sample on the detection card, combining unexpected antibodies in the separated
plasma with the
reagent red blood cells, causing the
reagent red blood cells to
agglomerate on the detection card, transferring the reagent red blood cells which have not agglomerated on the detection card to the Blu-
ray disc, and forming a biomarker
signal trace on the Blu-
ray disc; S3, reading the biomarker
signal trace on the Blu-ray disc by using a Blu-ray disc driver; and S4,
processing data read by the Blu-ray disc driver by using an unexpected
antibody identification model, so as to realize screening of the unexpected antibodies. Since the above technical scheme is adopted, the detection method for the unexpected antibodies is convenient to operate, has high detection efficiency, high accuracy and good portability.
