A fast-curing instant glue is characterized by including the following components by the
mass percentage: 86-95% of alpha-
cyanoacrylate, 0.5-2% of alpha-cyanoacrylic acid, 3-8% of butadiene-
acrylonitrile rubber, 0.01-3% of a stabilizer, 0.5-3% of a promoting liquid, and 0.05-1% of a catalyst. A preparation method comprises the steps: adding alpha-
cyanoacrylate and alpha-cyanoacrylic acid in a reaction kettle, and heating up to 60-95 DEG C while stirring; adding the
organic solvent and the catalyst with the preset ratio; adding the butadiene-
acrylonitrile rubber, and evenly stirring the
mixed solution with the stirring time of 60-120 minutes; heating up and distilling off the
organic solvent; under secondary Roots, distilling off a modified alpha-
cyanoacrylate product; and finally adding a proper amount of the stabilizer and the promoting liquid under
nitrogen protection. By modification of alpha-cyanoacrylate, and in cooperation with the promoting liquid
adhesive technology, the original poor
thermal stability and an albefaction phenomenon are improved; the aspects such as
water resistance,
thermal resistance and flexibility are greatly improved, and thus the effect of
impact strength is improved; and the fast-curing instant glue is good in
adhesive effect, small in smell and good in
environmental protection.
