An antibacterial food preservation composite film based on polylactic acid and nano-selenium and a preparation method and application thereof

This invention discloses an antibacterial food preservation composite film based on polylactic acid (PLA) and nano-selenium, its preparation method, and its application. The preparation steps of the composite film are as follows: 1) Lemon peel extract is mixed with sodium selenite solution and reacted at 100-150℃ and pH 6-9 to biosynthesize nano-selenium (SeNPs); 2) The nano-selenium (SeNPs) obtained in step 1) is blended with a PLA solution, and polyethylene glycol is added to obtain a blend; the mass of SeNPs in the blend is 1%-5% of the mass of PLA, and the mass of polyethylene glycol is 10%-25% of the mass of PLA; 3) The blend is poured into a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) casting frame and naturally cast at room temperature for 12 hours to allow most of the dichloromethane solvent to evaporate, obtaining the PLA / SeNPs composite film, i.e., the antibacterial food preservation composite film based on PLA and nano-selenium. The composite film prepared using this invention has good biodegradability and significant antibacterial properties, and can be used for food preservation packaging.
