A cooler utility cart device is disclosed, which is a modified utility trailer cart that is capable of transporting a large ice chest with the strength of one person. The cooler utility cart device comprises a base component that has a squared back section and triangular sides with a set of pneumatic tires and a handle. A ski attachment for a wheeled insulated cooler which includes a left ski and a right ski and an upturned flange on each that is biased towards the inner edge of the ski. The present application relates to the technical field of batteries, and provides a maintenance mechanism, an energy storage device, and a vehicle. According to the maintenance mechanism provided by the present application, when the maintenance placement rack of the maintenance mechanism is lifted or lowered by the lifting component below it, the maintenance placement rack can be placed below the battery pack, thereby forming a support for the battery pack. In this way, when the battery pack is in a maintenance state, the battery pack can be supported by the maintenance placement rack and the lifting component. At the same time, due to the provision of a cleaning component, the reciprocating movement of the cleaning component can reciprocally clean the bottom of the battery pack during the maintenance process of the battery pack, realizing the external dust cleaning operation of the battery pack and avoiding affecting the heat dissipation of the battery pack. An outer shell of the single wheel member comprises a pair of shell members secured to a central member, which has a pair of pin structures internally secured at diametrically opposite ends and extending at least towards the inner shell. An inner shell of the single wheel member comprises a pair of shell bearing members positioned at diametrically opposite ends, each being rotatably secured to inner member of a corresponding pin structure extended towards the inner shell. The inner shell is formed and configured to fit within the outer shell, the outer boundary of the inner shell preferably conforming in shape with the inner boundary of the outer shell, proximally tracing the contour of the inner boundary of the outer shell. The inner shell and the outer shell are hollow in construction, with the inner shell further including a lid configured to open and close for storing a plurality of items for transportation. The inner shell is disposed within the outer shell and adapted to remain upright when the outer shell rolls in a circular motion along a ground surface. The main frame comprises a handle and is rotatably engaged with the single wheel member. Each end member of the main frame comprises a corresponding frame bearing member, and extends inwardly to rotatably engage with corresponding pin structure of the central member.
