According to the method disclosed by the invention, the compound microorganism nest is used as a main heat source for treating liquid manure for the first time, and main water in the liquid manure is discharged into air in a form of vapour, thus avoiding pollution to environment and solving the problem about drying of the liquid manure; and other energy substances do not need to be added.
