Abstract

An undervoltage on-line measurement method of die forged piece in large-size die forging hydraulic press is provided, which realizes the on-line measurement of undervoltage of die forged piece by using a MTS displacement sensor. The method comprises accurately measuring, by using the displacement sensor, the downward movement distance of the magnetic loop along with the moving cross beam when applying a pressure on the die forged piece, compare the measured distance with the predetermined distance for operation of the hydraulic press, calculating the undervoltage value of the die forged piece, establishing the relationship between the pressure and the strain capacity of the die and its bearing according to the research and analysis, and forming a pressure-strain capacity analytic curve. The method helps to compensate the undervoltage calculation error caused by the compressive strain of the die and its bearing, increase the measurement accuracy of undervoltage calculation of die forged piece in large-size die forging hydraulic press, and significantly improve the processing quality of die forged piece.
