Abstract

The invention relates to an aortic arch graft with adjustable aperture, which comprises an aortic arch skeleton configured by connecting in series a plurality of corrugated Ni-Ti shape memory alloy wires (Z-shape wave), and branched vessel skeleton on the aortic arch skeleton, and medical coating attached to skeletons. The density of Z-shape wave in the distal end of the aortic arch skeleton is increased to enhance the radial supporting force of the skeleton. The Z-shape wave in the proximal end of the aortic arch skeleton is extended to connect with the conventional dacron woven aortic arch vessel graft. The inventive aortic arch graft is subjected to extrusion deformation at low temperature and has adjustable aperture, thereby facilitating the implantation in host vessel. In addition, it helps to reduce surgical time and prevent surgical complications (especially cerebral complications), thereby reducing pain of the patients.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of medical artificial blood vessel grafts, in particular to an adjustable artificial aortic arch graft. Background technique [0002] With the advent of my country's aging society, the incidence of chronic diseases such as hypertension and atherosclerosis is showing a clear increase trend. One of the long-term consequences of these diseases is secondary aortic and aortic arch disease. According to statistics, 75% of patients with aortic dissection suffer from high blood pressure, and 60% of aortic dissections belong to Stanford type A dissection (involving the aortic arch); atherosclerosis is the most common cause of true aneurysms of the aortic arch. The incidence of aortic dissection in my country is 0.5-2.95 / 100,000·years. According to this calculation, there are about 20,000 patients with aortic dissection in my country every year, and 12,000 of them involve the aortic arch. However, autopsy found that only 15% ...
