Abstract

The invention concerns an artificial bone with a porotic tissue and the fabrication method of the artificial bone. The artificial bone includes a hollow bone-shaped tube with two closed ends and a porotic tissue contained and fixed in the bone-shaped tube. The fabrication method includes a siphon fitting preparation step for preparing a metal siphon, a hydraulic forming step for expanding the metal bent tube to a bone-shaped tube, a porotic form construction step for placing metal wire in the bone-shaped tube, an electroforming cladding step for forming a metal cladding on the inner surface of the bone-shaped tube and the metal wire and a nozzle closing step for closing both nozzles of the bone-shaped tube. A tube-shaped metal siphon is used to be formed hydraulically, therefore the forming operation can be completed without use of a high-power forming equipment; no wastes is produced in the process of forming, so that the subsequent preparation process can be saved and material consumption can be reduced; the porotic tissue fabricated in the electroforming process can help not only maintain enough stiffness but also reduce weight and save cost effectively.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to an artificial bone and its manufacturing method, in particular to an artificial bone formed with a porous tissue similar to the sponge structure in a real bone and its manufacturing method. Background technique [0002] Please refer to FIG. 1 , which is a view illustrating that the existing artificial femoral head is installed on the femoral bone to replace the femoral joint. In the human skeleton, the bone necks 11 of the two femurs 1 (only one is shown in the figure) are embedded in the two lower sides of the pelvis 2 to form the femoral joints, which provide people with the functions of walking and moving and swinging, and also Bear the weight of your upper body. When people accidentally fall while walking and land violently on their buttocks, or when they are hit by a car accident, or fall from a height, the neck 11 of the femur 1 will often be fractured, or even broken, resulting in injuries. The patient cannot s...
