Abstract

A printed circuit unit based on an organic transistor comprises a signal input circuit, a load circuit and a level shifting circuit; wherein, the signal input circuit comprises N organic transistors which are serially connected in series. When one of the organic transistors connected in series is closed, the output current of the whole signal input circuit is led to be under a cut-off state, thusensuring the circuit to be able to output a correct voltage level. The level shifting circuit also comprises an organic transistor with a grid receiving inputting signal. The organic transistor can not only be used as a load but also can improve the gain of the level shifting circuit.
