Problems solved by technology

However, when the thickness of the original sinus floor bone is less than 5 mm, this technique is not applicable because of the limited lifting height; if the implant is implanted in order to achieve sufficient vertical bone height, too much lifting at one time will easily cause the maxillary sinus floor Mucous membrane tearing; if autologous bone needs to be implanted at the same time, additional trauma will be caused; if allogeneic or heterogeneous bone materials are implanted, the long-term clinical effect remains to be seen

Embodiment Construction

[0020] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with accompanying drawings and examples.

[0021] like figure 1 , figure 2 As shown, the maxillary sinus bottom punching device of the present invention includes a base plate 1 and a punching member that can move in a direction perpendicular to the base surface 12 of the base plate 1, and a retaining device 3 and a retaining device 3 that can prevent the punching member from being moved on the base plate 1 The fallback stop structure. When the local alveolar bone is insufficient in vertical bone volume to place implants of appropriate length and diameter, a hollow trephine is used to form a columnar bone block between the alveolar crest 10 and the maxillary sinus floor 11, and the columnar bone block is punched out. It fractures and separates the columnar bone from surrounding bone. Then fix the maxillary sinus floor ejector on the alveolar ridge through the retaining device 3, and use the ejector ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a diapir apparatus of maxillary sinus floor in oral implant clinical treatment, which is used for lifting maxillary sinus floor when bone mass in maxilla molar region is insufficient and can effectively increase the vertical bone mass of an alveolar bone. The diapir apparatus of maxillary sinus floor comprises a basal disc and diapir components which can move along a base plane direction perpendicular to the basal disc; a clamp device and a retaining structure used for preventing the diapir components from backtracking are positioned on the basal disc. A plurality of diapirs are carried out for the alveolar bone of the maxillary sinus floor by adopting the diaper components so as to generate the vertical bone mass of the alveolar bone with enough thickness; during the diapir, each diapir distance of the diaper components is accurately controlled so as to effectively prevent mucous membrane of the maxillary sinus floor from being torn due to one-time excessive lifting; furthermore, after each diapir, authigenic bone grows in the clearance between the basal disc and the maxillary sinus floor. The diapir apparatus of maxillary sinus floor of the invention is especially applicable to the sufferers who are old and weak and can not bear wound due to a larger operation and to the cases that teeth are implanted in maxillary posterior-teeth loss area when the bone height of maxillary sinus floor is less than 5mm.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a medical device, in particular to a maxillary sinus bottom thruster for lifting the maxillary sinus bottom when the bone mass in the maxillary molar area is insufficient in the clinical treatment of oral implantation. Background technique [0002] At present, in clinical work, when the maxillary posterior teeth are missing and the dental implants are performed, it is often impossible to place implants of appropriate length and diameter due to insufficient vertical bone mass of the local alveolar bone. The maxillary sinus floor lifting surgery through the fenestration of the lateral wall of the maxillary sinus can effectively increase the bone volume of the sinus floor and expand the indications for dental implants, but it is difficult for patients to accept it because of the large trauma, and the repair time is prolonged and the cost increases. Its clinical application is limited due to complicated technical operation and othe...
