The method is characterized in that the geocell reinforced bed course with transverse drainage function is constructed into a converse V-shaped conical slope which is easy for water drainage; the geocell should be expanded along the direction of a highway route and gradually pushes in filling sandstones to be rolled compactively so that a sheet material is vertical to route direction; and the pipe drawing speed and the height linearity from the shallow part to the deep part of the same soil layer are reduced gradually in the construction process of the vibrating sinking pipe sand gravel pile.
