Problems solved by technology

Seedlings propagated by seeds are prone to variation, which affects the quality of thin-skinned walnuts, while traditional grafting is mostly limited by the number of scions of good varieties and seasonal conditions. Therefore, traditional propagation methods have always been an obstacle restricting the promotion of fine varieties of thin-skinned walnuts.

Embodiment Construction

[0014] Use walnuts grown locally in Xinjiang as rootstock seeds, and use paper-skinned walnuts, Wen 185, Xin 2 and other thin-skinned walnut robust tissue-cultured seedlings as scions for indoor micro-twig grafting: Take excellent and robust tissue-cultured seedlings and cut them into 2.0cm-4.0cm The long leafless stem segment is used as the scion, and the base of the scion is cut into a 1.1cm-long wedge, and then grafted to the rootstock with a stem thickness of about 3mm-7mm by split grafting, and the grafting incision is tied from bottom to top with a plastic strip, and the The grafted seedlings are planted in nutrient bags, and bagged to maintain 70% humidity to prevent the interface from being exposed to light. The grafted seedlings are placed in a greenhouse at 22°C-28°C for cultivation, and the survival standard is based on the germination of the scion and the removal of new buds. After the grafted branches grow 3.0cm-5.0cm, the seedlings are hardened, and the grafted se...

Abstract

The invention provides a thin-skin walnut indoor micro-branch engrafting method, belonging to the walnut vegetative propagation technique. The micro-branch engrafting method uses the health tissue culture seedlings of good thin-skin walnut breed (strain) and the health tissue culture seedlings are cut into vaneless stem segments in length of 2.0cm-4.0cm as scions and the scions are engrafted on rootstocks in stem diameter of about 3mm-7mm, and the engrafting cuts are banded using plastic strips and the engrafted seedlings are planted in the nutrient bags and the nutrient bags are capped to keep humidity and the nutrient bags with engrafted seedlings are cultured in a greenhouse of 22-28 DEG C. When the branches to be engrafted grow into 3.0cm-5.0cm, the seedlings are trained and the engrafted seedlings are transplanted into big field after 30 days. The engrafting survival rate can be more than 70%. The engrafting method is free from the limitation of the season condition factor with features of high propagation coefficient, quick seedlings establishment speed, utilization of factory seedlings raising. The engrafting method is suitable for improving the breeds and enlarging the scale of the walnut industry and developing the forestry and fruit industry.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to fruit tree tissue culture technology and cultivation technology, in particular to indoor micro-twig grafting technology in the technical field of thin-skinned walnut asexual propagation. Background technique [0002] Xinjiang is one of the origins of walnuts, with a long history of cultivation, wide distribution and rich resources. Xinjiang thin-skinned walnut has a thin shell, easy to get kernels, high kernel yield, and sweet and plump kernels. It has high economic, ecological and social values. It is an excellent planting variety, but limited by the quantity and quality of seedlings, the planting scale is small. The supply of products is in short supply, which is far from meeting the needs of the market. [0003] At present, the propagation methods of thin-skinned walnuts are mainly seed propagation and traditional grafting. Seedlings propagated by seeds are prone to variation, which affects the quality of thin-skinned waln...
