Abstract

The present invention discloses a preserving health edible oil and a technique for producing the same which selects seed oil as base material, listerize in high temperature, perfuming, flavourings andcooperating with edible chemical industry raw material for stirring, depositing and filtering. A raw material has proportioning by weight as follows: any one or more than two of rape oil, soya-bean oil, maize oil, sunflower oil, oil of groundnuts, gingelly oil and cotton seed oil with 94-98% content; fennel, chinese red pepper, cloves, citrus reticulata blanco and common ginger root five powderedflavours with 0.5-2% content; lactic acid with 0.2-1% content; edible safflower oil with 1-3% content. The edible safflower oil contains 50% linoleate. The edible oil has advantages of simple prescription, easy producing, short process flow, simple equipment. The edible oil is widely used for cooking various food and dishes which has perfect quality, particular flavour, low cost, economy and practical, storability, and has higher nutrition value and health-care action. The contained lactic acid and linoleate have function of preventing disease of nonnasality, esophagus and gastrointestinal, also have effects for dredging vascular, reducing cholesterin in blood and preventing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
