Abstract

The invention relates to a self-skining flame retardation type polyurethane composite sleeper material and the preparation method thereof. A self flame retardation system is composed by chemical material, is enhanced by glass fiber and volcanic fiber, and is combined with polyurethane to fabricate the self-skinning flame retardation type polyurethane composite sleeper. The invention overcomes the problems in the current sleeper synthesis and productions by two-step method; has simple process and low cost; can achieve sleeper with the physical properties of low density, high tensile strength, high shear strength and high elastic modulus. The composite sleeper is produced by injection or pultrude moulding. Counted by weight parts, the A component comprise: polyalcohol 30-85 parts, vegetable oil 10-50 parts, foaming agent 5-10 parts, catalyst 0.01-2 parts, flame retardant 5-25 parts and antioxidant 0.01-0.5 parts; wherein the foaming agent is nitrogen or air; the B component is diphenyl methane diisocyanate or toluene diisocynate; the mass ratio of the A and B components is 1:1-2; and the C component is material enhanced by glass fiber or volcanic fiber.
