Abstract

The invention discloses a methanol double-effect rectification high-elasticity combined technique which comprises the steps: (1) prognostic methanol at the bottom of a distillation tower is divided into two strands by a prognostic methanol diversion control system; (2) heat exchange is carried out between one strand of prognostic methanol and steam condensate of a pre-distillation tower and a reboiler of a pressurized tower in a prognostic methanol heater, and the strand of prognostic methanol is heated and then sent into the pressurized tower; (3) the other strand of prognostic methanol is mixed with waste liquid at the bottom of an atmospheric tower through a feeding buffer tank of a methanol recovery tower and then enters into the methanol recovery tower. The technique has the advantages that when a reaction system and the market demand fluctuate, the whole process flow can be switched into three proposals which are two-tower process flow (pre-rectifying tower / methanol recovery tower), three-tower process flow (pre-rectifying tower / pressurized rectifying tower / atmospheric tower) and four-tower process flow (pre-rectifying tower / pressurized rectifying tower / atmospheric tower / methanol recovery tower).
