Abstract

The invention relates to treatment agent of recycled aggregate of waste concrete and a treatment method. The treatment agent is organic silicon waterproof agent, which comprises silicon resin solution, penetrating agent and dispersing agent, and the contents of the components are 20 to 60 percent of silicon resin solution, 15 percent of penetrating agent and 25 to 65 percent of dispersing agent according to weight. The treatment method comprises the steps of recycled aggregate dipping treatment, cleaning and drying, wherein, in the dipping treatment step the regenerative aggregate is dipped by adopting penetrating organic silicon waterproof agent to reduce the water absorption rate of the regenerative aggregate and improve the strength of the regenerative aggregate; in the cleaning and drying steps impurity and treatment agent are removed through cleaning method, and treated regenerative aggregate is obtained under drying condition. The treatment method of the recycled aggregate from waste concrete has the advantages that the operation is simple, and the prepared treatment agent of recycled aggregate of waste concrete can effectively improve the regenerative strength of the regenerative aggregate and the operating performance of regenerative concrete.
