The invention relates to a surface plasma resonance biochemical sensing scanning detection technology. The invention aims at a surface plasma resonance biochemical sensor based on resonance angle detection and provides a two-dimensional scanning detection method and a two-dimensional scanning detection device of surface plasma resonance biochemical analysis. The called two-dimensional scanning detection is single beam two-dimensional scanning detection for a two-dimensional sensing chip. In virtue of elaborate design of a rotation axis position and a two-dimensional scanning path for angle scanning, beams are incident on an incidence point on the detected chip without deflecting from a detected sample point in the angle scanning process and the two-dimensional scanning process, thus overcoming a difficult problem that the beam incidence point easily deflects from the detected sample for the surface plasma resonance biochemical sensor based on resonance angle detection in the two-dimensional scanning detection process, which is of great significance to improve sample density of the sensing chip for the two-dimensional scanning detection and realize high-precision and high-throughput detection, and has wide application prospect in biochemical analysis.
