The invention discloses a method for preparing health-care food by using Ginkgo biloba extract (GBE) and bee pollen, comprising the following raw material components by weight percent: 5-30 ginkgo biloba extract, 60-95 bee pollen and 0-10 starch. The method comprises the following steps of grinding the above raw material components in powder, mixing evenly, keeping humidity at 85-99%, and compacting into tablets or encapsulating into capsules by a conventional technique. The health-care food prepared by the method in the invention has the advantages of (1) lowering blood fat and cholesterol, softening blood vessels and preventing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (2) regulating endocrine and enhancing immunity of the organism; and (3) increasing SOD in human body, lowering LDO,beautifying skins, aging resistance and the like.
