Problems solved by technology

The earliest domestic attempt to print decorative paper with water-based acrylic ink or water-based polyurethane ink, but because acrylic or polyurethane resin forms a dense film after film formation, the melamine glue cannot be completely infiltrated and infiltrated, and there is no interaction with melamine. Joint reaction, the bonding strength after lamination is not enough, resulting in the peeling of wear-resistant paper and decorative paper when the groove is formed to form a lock, and the floor is scrapped

Abstract

The present invention relates to a water-based ink specially used for decorative paper and manufacturing technique thereof. The preparation method comprises: adding NaHCO3 or Na2CO3 into gelatin deionized water, fully stirring and raising the temperature to over 60 DEG C; taking methyl methacrylate, caprolactam or mixture of the methyl methacrylate and the caprolactam to be emulsified, then simultaneously dripping the emulsified solution and (NH4)2S2O8 or K2S2O8 into gelatin solution for reaction, and cooling, filtering and discharging; adding right amount of thickening agent, flatting agent, defoaming agent and alcohols solvent to form the water-based ink, and obtaining bonding material; and finally, evenly mixing the bonding material and color paste to form the water-based ink specially used for the decorative paper. The ink has high bonding strength, meets the requirements of printing the decorative paper and panel-type furniture processing technique of subsequent laminate flooring, and has excellent color contrast property.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a water-based decorative paper ink using chemically grafted modified gelatin as a linking material and a manufacturing process thereof. Background technique [0002] The development of water-based decorative paper ink has gone through several stages. At first, solvent-based ink was used to print thin paper to make paint paper or Polaroid paper, which was used for furniture decoration. Although the decoration effect is good, it is very harmful to the environment and human body. With the increasingly stringent national environmental protection policy, the above-mentioned decorative papers tend to be eliminated gradually. [0003] In recent years, with the emergence and popularization of laminate flooring and panel furniture, the development of water-based decorative paper inks is more urgent. Since the decorative paper of the laminate floor is covered with a layer of aluminum oxide wear-resistant paper, through the bonding of m...
