Abstract

The invention discloses a method for manufacturing seamless steel tubes, which is used for manufacturing seamless steel tubes made of low nickel heat-resisting austenitic stainless steel. The method comprising the following steps: 1) carrying out first pickling on blanks; 2) carrying out polishing, combined drawing and rolling and oil removal on the blanks undergoing pickling; 3) judging whether the finished product requirements are satisfied, if not, carrying out solution heat treatment, straightening and pickling on the intermediate products and repeating the step 2; 4) if so, carrying out solution heat treatment, straightening and fixed cutting on the finished products; and 5) pickling the finished products. The temperature is controlled between 1065 DEG C and 1085 DEG C when carrying out solution heat treatment on the intermediate products and between 1005 DEG C and 1025 DEG C when carrying out solution heat treatment on the finished products.
