Abstract

The invention discloses a method for extracting total alkaloids and general flavone from Chinese mahonia leaves, and relates to extraction process for Chinese medicinal components. An extraction method comprises the steps of: taking the Chinese mahonia leaves for crushing, performing reflux extraction on the crushed Chinese mahonia leaves by ethanol thrice, then merging filtrate, standing and filtering the merged filtrate and decompressing the filtrate to recover the ethanol to obtain an extract; then adding hot water into the extract, and stirring the obtained solution; adjusting the pH value to be between 5.0 and 6.0 by using diluted acid, performing washing and ethanol elution on the obtained solution, and collecting an ethanol eluent to obtain a crude extract, wherein the crude extract is dissolved by 90 percent ethanol the amount of which is 1 to 3 times that of the crude extract, and is mixed and stirred by polyamide powder the amount of which is 2 to 3 times that of the crude extract, and a solvent is volatilized; and then using a chromatographic column taking polyamide as a carrier to elute the obtained product by water until a bismuth potassium iodide reaction is negative, then using the ethanol for elution, and collecting water and an eluent respectively for decompressed concentration and vacuum drying respectively to obtain the total alkaloids and the general flavone.
