The preparation method includes that the component A is compounded and heated to 80 DEG C, and the component B is compounded and heated to 80 DEG C. The component A is added into the component B and cooled at 35 DEG C, and hydantoin, ascorbyl magnesium phosphate and lecithin are added. The control cream is a white emulsion delivering the ascorbyl magnesium phosphate and lecithin to skin.
