Abstract
The invention provides a loach date health-care capsule and a preparation process thereof and relates to the prescription and process of a health food. The loach date health-care capsule is characterized in that the capsule is prepared by the following raw materials in certain proportion: loach extract, date extract, Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, white granulated sugar, sodium cyclamate, emulsifier, seasoning, essence and water. The process includes stopping feeding loaches, cleaning dates, smashing loaches and dates into meat paste, leaching, filtrating, hydrolyzing with enzyme, filtering residue, preparing capsules, and sterilizing and disinfecting. The invention has the benefits that the capsule has various nutrient components needed by the human body and the health-care functions; the capsule can promote growth, improve immunity and speed up recovery; the capsule also has the functions of tonifying kidney and strengthening yang, invigorating brain, resisting ageing and preventing arteriosclerosis; and the capsule can prevent the nutrient components from being destroyed and ensure the nutrient components to be easily absorbed.
