Potato starch is liquefied by using a new type of high temperature resistant α-amylase combined with low-pressure steam jet liquefaction technology, and CaCl2 is added as an enzyme activity accelerator. The synergistic action of pullulanase makes the conversion rate of starch more than 98%, and prepares maltooligosaccharide syrup with low DE value. Use 001×7 strongly acidic styrene-based cation-exchange resin to treat the syrup to remove some positively charged impurities and pigment substances, and then use 7170 strongly-basic styrene-based anion-exchange resin to separate and remove the neutral sugar to obtain Negatively charged phosphate oligosaccharides.
