Abstract

The thermoplastic plastic is PE and PP; the lubricant is stearic acid; and the coupling agent is maleic anhydride grafted PE, PP, silane or titanium ester. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: crushing plastic particles into particles with the diameter of between 0.1 and 0.7 centimeters and crushing wood fiber to 40 to 120 meshes; sequentially adding the plastic, wood powder, the lubricant, the coupling agent and the like into a high speed mixer to obtain a premix; and pelletizing the premix by a double-screw extruder and controlling temperature within a certain range to obtain injection grade bamboo-plastic particles. The invention provides the degradable injection grade bamboo-plastic composite material which has high bamboo powder content, is environment-friendly, and is easy to degrade.
