Embodiment Construction

[0014] One, a screening method for indole and skatole degrading bacteria:

[0015] (1) Material preparation:

[0016] 1. The experimental wastewater (livestock and poultry breeding wastewater) was taken from the sewage outlet of the original pig farm in Ezhou City, Hubei Province, and the activated sludge was taken from the special wastewater treatment laboratory of the Environmental College of China University of Geosciences (Wuhan). In the anaerobic reactor of wastewater (the experimental wastewater in the anaerobic reactor was taken from the sewage outlet of the original pig farm in Hubei Province, Ezhou City, Hubei Province).

[0017] 2. Culture medium:

[0018] Liquid MSM medium (g / L): (NH 4 ) 2 SO 4 , 0.33; NaNO 3 , 0.85; K 2 HPO 4 , 0.79; KH 2 PO 4 , 0.20; CaCl 2 , 0.05; MgCl 2 , 0.50; FeCl 2 , 0.01, H 2 O 1000mL; pH 7.2; after autoclaving, filter-sterilized skatole and indole were used to make the concentration of skatole and indole in the liquid MSM mediu...

Abstract

The invention relates to application of indole and skatole degrading microorganisms, in particular to the application of indole and skatole degrading strain LPC24. The application is characterized in that: pseudomonas.putida LPC24 CCTCC No. M209099 is used for treating waste water containing the indole and the skatole. In particular, the treatment method comprises the following steps of: culturing individual bacterial colonies of the pseudomonas.putida LPC24 in a liquid MSM culture medium overnight, inoculating the cultured pseudomonas.putida LPC24 to the waste water(such as livestock and poultry breeding waste water) containing the indole and the skatole according to a volume ratio of 0.5-2:100, inoculating the pseudomonas.putida LPC24 to the waste water(such as livestock and poultry breeding waste water) containing the indole and the skatole, and culturing the pseudomonas.putida LPC24 at a constant temperature of between 30 and 35 DEG C and at a pH value of 6.0 to 8.0 for 3 to 5 days. The indole and skatole degrading strain LPC24 have good capability of removing the indole and the skatole in the livestock and poultry breeding waste water.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the application of an indole and skatole degrading microorganism. Background technique [0002] Indole and skatole are the main heterocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons with malodorous odor in livestock and poultry farm wastewater. They are produced by the decomposition of tryptophan in animals. Both compounds are also found in wastewater from the production of medical supplies, pesticides, disinfectants, and agrochemicals. The large-scale production and wide application of these chemicals have resulted in the pollution of soil, surface water, and groundwater, posing serious threats to human and animal health. Indole and skatole can be absorbed into the blood by the human body and animals, and produce toxic intermediate products after biological activation, which will affect the production of serotonin in the blood, and even cause hemolysis. Studies have shown that the increase of estrone concentration in animals is directly relate...
